Burnley Football Club have recently recorded their official song at Blue Pro Studios.

The song, entitled Dare To Dream (Mighty Burnley) was written by 9 year old Jasmine Clarkson with the help of her guitar teacher, Andrew Gilmour, and dedicated to her late grandfather who was a big  Burnley fan.

After approaching the club with the idea, 400 fans were gathered at the Turf Moor ground to record backing vocals for the song with the likes of Sky Sports News, BBC Look North, ITV Granada News and Radio 5 also in attendance to witness the event.

Burnley FC have revealed that the song will be released to the fans as a free download from their official website for a limited period in March, after which it will be available to purchase on CD through the club shop.

A video for the song has been commisioned and will be produced by Bryan Fieldhouse. It will be shown before matches at the Turf Moor ground on the big screen.

Dare To Dream (Mighty Burnley) was engineered by John Webber and is not the first football song to be recorded at Blue Pro Studios, an Arsenal song was recorded at Blue Pro Studios in 2006.
